(More customer reviews)I have two different sets of Tatutina bookends. They are the prettiest bookends I have ever seen, but they don't hold books up at all. They are always sliding, and I just imagine if it was holding books for an 8 year old compared to a one year old that it wouldn't even do much in holding them up.So I place them on the ends of the shelf, since they are gorgeous, and fill up the shelf in between with books.So its work isn't really as a bookend, rather, it is a decorative piece. A gorgeous one at that.
