(More customer reviews)I used a moses basket for my first child for her first 5 months, and was very pleased with the safety, portability, and ease of use.We only reluctantly traded it in for a crib when she outgrew it.For my second, I had to shop online, and tried my best to find one that looked similar to the first (which was a hand-me-down, brand unknown).This basket, unfortunately, is a horror.It's ugly, too narrow, and most alarmingly, has a pad that curls up the sides, which presents a SIDS hazard.I don't normally write product reviews, but as a physician, I feel a need to warn people away from this product.Any bedding for a newborn needs to fit SNUGLY, without bulges.Buyer beware.
